Anchor Retriever System
Fasten the line to the fender from one side and to the snap hook from the other side. Fix the snap hook to the anchor ring. Lower the ball overboard and run past the anchor at 6-8 knots. The ball moves down the line to the anchor, pulling it free and floating it to the surface.
